If you received the incorrect measurements, please send an email to [email protected] with photos of the size identification stickers on the back of your frame pieces, along with the order number. We will have a replacement frame shipped out immediately. If you purchased your item through a 3rd-party channel such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc., returns cannot be accepted through this website. Please apply for the return through your original purchase channel. We will happily guide you through this process if needed.
